Warranty Periods

• The Wanderer (Manual Washer):


We are so confident in the simple, motor-free design of The Wanderer that we offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty. This matches the best in the industry for manual washers.


• The Dash (USB-C Washer & Spinner):


This product is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against any manufacturing defects.


• The Basecamp (AC Collapsible Washer):


This product is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against any manufacturing defects.


What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-user purchaser. It requires a valid proof of purchase (such as an Amazon order number) from an authorized Swyrlz retailer.


Swyrlz warrants our products against defects in workmanship and materials when used normally and for their intended purpose. If your product has a warranted defect, we will, at our option, either repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished product of the same or similar style.


What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, malfunction, or failure arising from:


Normal wear and tear from regular use.


Misuse, lack of care, abuse, or accidents (e.g., dropping the unit, using improper or harsh detergents, etc.).


Damage resulting from user error (e.g., failure to properly secure drain hoses, forgetting to close a drain, water damage to the electronic components from improper use, or overloading the machine past its stated capacity).


Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair, maintenance, or alteration of the product.


Products purchased from unauthorized retailers (e.g., third-party sellers on eBay, non-authorized Amazon resellers, etc.).


How to Make a Warranty Claim
